A youngster's work bench

Jim designed and built this smaller work bench for  two of his grandsons.

  From a quick sketch, he created a smaller bench so the boys could have a bench more their size. Grandpa Jim, when in his early teens built his own workbench to build boats. 

  Even now, at age 63, Jim's bench in his workshop is the same, but now 20ft long! A solid workbench is vital to building anything, from birdhouses to boats & fine furniture.
